Shipping Times

We ship merchandise in your order from our warehouse which is located in HongKong. This will inevitably lead to our shipping times that are longer than you would expect when purchasing merchandise from a local online store, so please be patient if you like shopping in our store.

Counting from the date we deliver the merchandise out of our warehouse, you will get a full refund if you don’t receive the package you order within four weeks.

2. Hong Kong Post 14-21 Days With Tracking Number  (CODE: HKBRAM)

     [ For Hong Kong post shipping method we use Hongkong Post Air Mail with a tracking number. ]

3. USPS 9-12 Days (CODE: SPUSA)

    [ For USPS shipping method we transport the merchandise to your country via direct flights, then deliver it to  your local post office for you. ]

4. DHL Fedex UPS 5-8 Days (CODE:  DHL[HKDHL],  Fedex[HKSFEDEX], UPS([HKUPS])

     [ For DHL/Fedex/UPS shipping method we deliver the merchandise to Hong Kong DHL, Fedex, UPS then they deliver it to you.

      The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination, and shipping method for your package.]
